OJ Connect - Data Deletion Request

If you would like your personal data to be permanently deleted from our mobile app and associated systems, you can submit a formal data deletion request. Once submitted, our team will review and process your request within 7 working days.

What Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, the following information will be removed from our records:

  • Profile details

  • Account credentials

  • Usage data stored on our servers

  • Connected device information

  • Any other personal information associated with your account

Please note that deleted data cannot be recovered.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion by completing the form below:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number (optional)

  • Reason for Deletion

  • Confirmation that you understand data deletion is permanent

Once the form is submitted, it will automatically send your request to:

Verification

To protect your account, we may ask for identity verification before deleting your data. This may include confirming your email address or verifying activity associated with your account.

Processing Time

Once verification is completed, your request will be processed within 7 business days. When the deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
