If you no longer wish to use the OJ Connect mobile application, you may request that your user account be permanently deleted. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access the app or any services that require login.
When your OJ Connect account is deleted:
Your login will be permanently disabled.
You will no longer have access to any features that require an account.
Any services linked to your profile will no longer function under your account.
Account deletion cannot be reversed, and a new account would need to be created if you wish to use the app again.
To delete your OJ Connect account, please send an email containing the following:
Full Name
Email Address used in OJ Connect
Phone Number (optional)
A simple request stating that you want your account deleted
All account deletion requests must be emailed to:
data@oj-connect.com
CC: hello@loop.com.na
A confirmation will be sent once the request has been processed.
