Salary scale : N$ 203 779 – 236 235 per annum
Minimum requirement: 3-year Diploma in Property or Land Management or Real Estate. A B-tech degree in Property or Land management or Real Estate will be an added advantage. 3 years experience in the administration of properties of which at least 2 years should have been in a supervisory capacity.
Additional special requirements: Driving licence code B. Registration as Peace Officer. Real Estate Agency Certificate.

Main purpose of the Position: To prepare, co-ordinate and implement all aspects relating to property management in Oranjemund Town Council District to ensure sustainable and orderly urban development with due cognizance of the Property Policy and Town Planning Scheme. To oversee and administer a wide range of property transactions related to the sale/disposal and lease of Council properties, and to inform and report on such transactions in line with the relevant laws and policies. To administer interim valuation and general valuation of all the properties within the jurisdiction of Oranjemund town.
