The Finance, HR & Asset Management division is responsible for the overall financial, human resource and administrative functions of the Council such as;
- Human Resources: recruitment, safety, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance, training & development.
- Finance: Estimation of capital requirements, determination of capital composition, establishment for sources of funds, investment of funds, utilization of surplus, overall management of cash and the general financial control.
- Administration: overall support services and secretariat to council meetings, Asset management, procurement & stock.
