Office of the CEO

THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER is the administrative head of the Council, and is responsible for the:

  • Administration of the affairs of the council and coordinates the activities of the council
  • Communication link between council and all departments
  • Policy implementing and financial management
  • Local economic development
  • Implementation of long term strategic plan for the council
  • Public relations


The CEO’s office is supported by three departments: Finance, HR & Asset Management, Infrastructure & Technical Services and Local Economic Development & Community Services which is complemented with the total staff of thirty (30).
